This products exceeded all my expectations as a pepper relish. You can taste the fresh peppers and onions. I eat it straight from the jar.

This relish is incredible on an Italian sausage provolone sandwich! It really opens the flavor and balances the ingredients. I've tried it on Italian sausage patties mostly but it works well with the links also.
