The Byler family has been making homemade relish, jam, and other condiments since 2001. From the beginning, we've used a small-batch, open kettle process with heirloom family recipes. Located in Saegertown, PA, we've truly mastered the art of canning to preserve the pure flavors of our ingredients.
Just "good," isn't good enough for us -- we want to make sure our product is full of goodness and flavor, just like grandma used to make.
How Freshology Works
We use the freshest ingredients.
Nothing frozen or pre-canned here. Most of our ingredients come straight from the fields of local growers. You simply can't get fresher. Any fresher and they'd still be on the vine.
Everything is inspected and cleaned by hand.
Our team cleans the stems, cuts out any bad spots, and washes every ingredient by hand. Every single piece, every single time.
Small batch processing locks in flavor.
Big batches mean longer cook times, which means flavors get dulled. Our small batch processing is key to locking in intense flavors.
