OMG - this is the best. The flavor and heat level is perfect; took a tiny teaspoonful to taste and couldn’t stop eating. This is a versatile relish that compliments eggs, burgers and makes a great appetizer over cream cheese with crackers and would be the “star” on a charcuterie board. I’m going to purchase this by the dozen. It’s a flavor explosion in your mouth!

There is simply no better relish! My Wife tried it and loves it on hamburgers, hotdogs, etc. She never has liked anything hot until now. Every year our model railroad club runs a fundraiser hotdog stand and we have received rave reviews from all the customers who have tried it.
