Ingredients
- Byler's Shredded Peppers or Hot Shredded Peppers
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup sour cream
- Salsa or fresh diced tomatoes
Directions
- Pour preferred amount of shredded peppers into skillet. Add eggs.
- Cook over medium heat until eggs are cooked. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Fill tortilla with eggs, peppers, sour cream, salsa, and cheese. Roll up and garnish with more cheese.
