Ingredients
1 15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed well
1/2 – 1 jar of Byler’s Relish House Pickled Asparagus
2 medium cloves garlic
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp tahini, sesame paste
1 lemon, juice and zest
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Remove asparagus from jar and pat dry with a lint free towel or paper towel.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
Carefully remove from the food processor to a serving bowl.
Garnish with asparagus spears and a slice of lemon!
Serve as a Hummus Duo with Beet Hummus!
