    My husband is from western New York and we used to visit once a year from California and would buy Piccalilli from a local produce stand. When that went out of business 20 years ago, we searched for a replacement - some were too spicy, some were not the right texture, but we found this Piccalilli in another western New York produce stand this year and I bought 3 jars and it's so perfect with so many things. We went through 2 jars in less than a month. So I went online and ordered 6 more jars. I now have the peace of mind that when we're running low I have a "go to" place to find the BEST RELISH EVER!

    This old recipe is just as I remember it. So happy to find a company who makes it. I like it on purple hull peas especially. I will always be a purchaser.
